Bank of Yokohama names new directors, executive officers

Bank of YokohamaLtd. said March 30 that it made changes to its directors and executiveofficers.

Tomonori Ito, Mitsukazu Kudo and Takayoshi Miyoshi resigned asexecutive officers of the company, effective March 31.

Takeshi Onozaki, Yoichi Sakurai, Yoshiaki Suzuki and KazuhiroMaehara were appointed as executive officers, and Hironobu Onishi, currently anexecutive officer, was appointed as managing executive officer, effective April1.

Meanwhile, Susumu Koshida will step down as managing executiveofficer and Yasuhiro Shibuya will resign from his role as executive officer, effectiveApril 1. They will also both step down from their roles as directors as of the dateof the company's ordinary general meeting of shareholders in June.

In addition, Shizumi Maesako, who is currently managing executiveofficer, and Yoshiyuki Oishi, who is currently an executive officer, will both takeon additional roles as directors in June. Yasutaka Nozawa, who is director and executiveofficer, will assume the role of director and managing executive officer in June.
