H.I.G.-backed Symplicity buys Brazilian career services technology company

Arlington, Va.-based Symplicity Corp., a portfolio company of private equity firm H.I.G. Capital that provides student employability solutions, purchased career services technology provider Contratanet for an undisclosed sum.

Contratanet has a network of more than 1,000 universities, 150,000 employers and more than 4 million candidates in Brazil, according to an Aug. 7 release.
