Corestate Capital Holding SA is seeking to invest €2.4 billion in its micro-living segment through 2019-end in select German cities, European metropolises and university cities, Europe Real Estate reported.
The company has already invested €1.8 billion to acquire 26 plots for development, in addition to properties containing more than 7,600 apartments for students, commuters, project employees, entrepreneurs and young professionals.
The company plans to add more assets to the portfolio over the next two years, taking the total number of units to more than 10,000.
