HealthEquity raises FY'18 outlook

HealthEquity Inc. increased its outlook for its fiscal year ending Jan. 31, 2018.

The company expects revenue to be between $222.0 million and $227.0 million, up from the previously expected range of $220.0 million to $225.0 million. It anticipates net income of between $33.0 million and $37.0 million, also up from the range of $30.0 million to $34.0 million that it initially set.

The company projects adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $78.0 million to $83.0 million, up from its previously anticipated range of $77.0 million to $82.0 million. It expects non-GAAP net income to be in the range of $38.0 million to $42.0 million, or between 62 cents and 67 cents per share.

For the fiscal quarter ended April 30, HealthEquity reported net income of around $14.0 million, or 23 cents per share, up from about $8.1 million, or 14 cents per share, in the year-ago fiscal quarter.
