Jack Resnick lands $125M loan for commercial portion of NYC building

Jack Resnick & Sons secured $125 million refinancing for the commercial portion of its Symphony House building in New York City, The Real Deal reported, citing records filed with the city Oct. 6.

Prudential Asset Resources, a division of the Prudential Financial insurance company, provided the loan for the property at 235 W. 56th St. The amount consolidated previous loans to the company with an additional $12 million, the Oct. 6 report noted.

Tenants including T.J. Maxx, Duane Reade and Staples occupy the retail space at the 730,000-square-foot building that also offers 337 residential condominiums.
