Pattern Development withdraws application to acquire stake in Illinois wind farm

An affiliate of Pattern Energy Group Inc. notified the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that it will not be pursuing the acquisition of a 21% indirect, nonmanaging interest in the 240-MW Big Sky Wind Facility.
