RISE Life Science Corp. appointed Ryan Rocca as its CEO.

Rocca, a member of the Canadian medical company's board, was previously serving as general manager of RISE Life Science's U.S. arm. He has also served as the president and CEO of the company's Cultivate Kind and Modern Marketing sister agencies.

Meanwhile, RISE Life Science appointed Scott Secord as its executive chairman and member of the board.

Secord is the former CEO of Gaming Nation which was purchased by a U.S.-based private equity group.
