Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. has acquired Honolulu-based insurance broker Insurance Advantage.

Following the acquisition, four employees from Insurance Advantage will join Atlas Insurance Agency, including former principals Van Nakashima and Curtis Nishiyama.

The company also acquired a book of more than 200 accounts as part of the transaction.
