Koreanwireless telecommunications company SK Telecom Co. Ltd. entered into several partnershipswith both state-run and private organizations in Iran to deliverInternet of Things technology to the country, Korea Times reported May 3.

The Koreantelco firm will be exporting its IoT-based network infrastructure managementsolutions as stated in the contracts.

SK Telecom hasmanaged to secure deals with the Ministry of Energy, ARSH Holdings and theNational Iranian Gas Co. as a result of President Park Geun-hye's three-dayvisit to Tehran, Iran, where SK Telecom CEO Jang Dong-hyun was part of thedelegation.
