OCBC plans US$15B short-term debt program

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. plans to launch acommercial paper program worth US$15 billion, Moody's said April 28.

The notes will solely be denominated in U.S. dollars. The maximummaturity of the notes is 397 days.
