Massachusetts-based Needham Bank named Linda Farley senior vice president of human resources/learning and development.

Farley most recently was director of human resources at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston.

Doylestown, Pa.-based Penn Community Bank hired a team of new lenders, including Karen Lasorda and L. Vincent Roth III.

Lasorda, who is a senior vice president, has almost two decades of experience as a commercial lender in Bucks County, Pa. Roth most recently was senior vice president at a Bucks County-based bank.

Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank named Brandon Ferrera senior vice president and Southern California market executive.

Ferrera was previously with Dallas-based Comerica Inc.

Gary Stetz resigned as a director of Bayonne, N.J.-based BCB Bancorp Inc. and unit BCB Community Bank.

Stetz is the managing member of Commercial Lubricants LLC, Pegasus Bulk Transport LLC and Commercial Waste Oil Transport LLC, S&P Global Market Intelligence records show.

Financial services

EPlus Inc. elected Maureen Morrison independent director as it expanded its board size to nine members.

Morrison retired as an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 2015.

Fidelity National Information Services Inc. appointed Alexander Navab and Brian Shea to its board, increasing the number of directors to 10 from eight.

Navab was head of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP's Americas private equity business from 2014 until September 2017.

Shea was most recently vice chairman and CEO of investment services for Bank of New York Mellon Corp. from 2014 until December 2017.

Habib Yunus resigned as a director of Spindle Inc. on June 8.

Five days later, the company appointed Christopher Wesser to its board.

Wesser most recently was executive vice president, secretary and general counsel at Professional Diversity Network Inc.

Lisa Young is resigning as general counsel and secretary of Enova International Inc., effective June 29, to take a position in another employer.

Sean Rahilly will succeed Young as general counsel, effective June 30. Rahilly will retain his role as chief compliance officer.
