Banco Pan plans equity interest payments tied to 2015 results

Banco Pan SA said it will pay equity interest payments worth about 3.15 million Brazilian reais that are tied to its 2015 results.

The amount, which equates to 0.34 centavo per share, will be paid Dec. 28 for shareholders of record as of Feb. 1 and is subject to a 15% income tax.

As of Dec. 15, US$1 was equivalent to 3.38 Brazilian reais.
