TheTour CB 21office asset in the city's La Defense district is valued at around €700million, and Foncière des Régions owns a 75% stake in the building. Theremaining stake is held by CNPAssurances SA, according to the people. The news outlet said bothcompanies declined to comment.
Meanwhile,Foncière des Régions said it appointed two directors, Patricia Savin andCatherine Soubie, at its annual general meeting held April 27.
