Report: Abacus Property, partner shed remaining assets in A$600M Australian JV

Abacus Property Group and Heitman LLC sold the remaining two properties in their A$600 million Australian joint venture for A$135 million, IPE Real Assets reported.

The partners sold an office building at 32 Walker St. in North Sydney for A$80 million.

The other office property, in Queen Street, Brisbane, was sold to a private investor for A$50 million, the report added, citing "a source close to the transaction."
