Grace Wu stepped down as president of Taiwan's First Financial Holding Co. Ltd.

The company's board promoted executive vice president Lin Chien-Hao to the role, effective Feb. 23, according to a same-day release.

Meanwhile, Wu was appointed vice chairman of Waterland Financial Holding Co. Ltd.
