Intra EnergyCorp. Ltd. said July 18 that CEO Tarn Brereton died because of asuspected asthma attack.

Executive director and COO Mark McAndrew will take over theduties as acting CEO this week until a suitable replacement is made. Groupfinancial controller Kerry Angel will assist McAndrew.

Brereton was appointed CEO in October 2015.
