Terreno Realty Corp. purchased two fully occupied industrial properties in San Francisco for about $47.8 million.

The buildings total approximately 119,000 square feet at 1501 Tennessee St. and 1400 Minnesota St. on 2.7 acres in the Dogpatch submarket of the city's Central Waterfront.

The nine leases on the properties expire by January 2024, with two leases expiring within one year.
