Barclays issues $4.5B bonds

Barclays PLC issued three series of international bonds amounting to a total of $4.5 billion, Cbonds reported May 10.

The first series amounted to $1.75 billion and will mature May 16, 2029.

The second and third series amounted to $1.5 billion and $1.25 billion, respectively. They were both sold at par and will mature May 16, 2024.

Barclays also served as book runner for all three series.
