First Mid-Illinois Bancshares investors disclose holdings post-merger

Fourinvestors of Mattoon, Ill.-based FirstMid-Illinois Bancshares Inc. declared a decrease in stakes after theFirst Clover Leaf Financial Corp.merger.

Accordingto Oct. 4 regulatory filings, David Hodgman's stake was down to 1.9% with beneficialownership of 230,912 shares.

On Oct.3, Hodgman relinquished his sole voting and investment power over 382,397 sharesof common stock and 604 shares of common stock held by the Richard Adamson LumpkinTrust.

BenjaminLumpkin declared beneficial ownership of 468,319 shares, representing a 3.8% stake.

ElizabethCelio and Steven Grissom's stakes decreased to 6.7% and 6.8% or beneficial ownershipof 835,411 shares and 850,940 shares, respectively.
