360 Capital Group's 360 Capital Digital Infrastructure Fund is scheduled to list on the Australian stock exchange Nov. 4.
The listing is set to follow the company's Oct. 1 filing of its product disclosure statement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, according to a same-day release.
The IPO will comprise a retail offering that will run from Oct. 9 to Oct. 28, and comes on the back of a A$50.0 million pre-IPO raising and a A$65.0 million institutional bookbuild process.
According to an earlier report, 360 Capital Digital has an initial soft-close target of US$250 million.
