Macquarie Wind Farm LLC on July 19 notified FERC that itcompleted the sale of passive interests in two wind farms.

The Macquarie Group Ltd. subsidiary sold its passive stakein the 42-MW Mars Hillwind farm in Aroostook County, Maine, and the 34.5-MW wind project inMadison and Oneida counties, N.Y., to investment funds advised by TSSP AdjacentOpportunities Management LLC.

FERC approvedthe transaction on July 6. The transaction is part of a broader deal underwhich Macquarie Wind will sell its non-managing passive indirect equityinterests in certain wind projects. (EC16-129)
