Rupert Resources Ltd. said April 4 that James Withall agreed to join the company as CEO, effective April 18.

Withall was a managing partner at Baker Steel Capital Managers, where he was a gold sector specialist and the lead manager of the Baker Steel Precious Metals Fund.

Brian Hinchcliffe, who took over as president and CEO in March 2016, will move to the role of executive chairman on the same date.
