Bank of Communications Co. Ltd. named four new directors to its board.

The bank nominated Chan Siu Chung, Song Hongjun and Chen Junkui as nonexecutive directors, as well as Shi Lei as an independent nonexecutive director, according to an April 29 release.

The new directors are replacing Wong Tung Shun, Liu Hanxing, Luo Mingde, and Yu Yongshun, who will end their term as directors.

Chan is the co-head of markets for Asia-Pacific at Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., while Song is a director of the pension accounting department of the National Council for Social Security Fund.
