Vornado reports Q1 results

Vornado Realty Truston May 2 issued its 2016 first-quarter results.

The REIT's FFO attributable to common shareholders plus assumedconversions totaled $203.1 million, or $1.07 per share, for the quarter, comparedto $220.1 million, or $1.16 per share, in the year-ago quarter.

The results for the 2016 first quarter and the 2015 first quarterincluded certain items that affect comparability, including a relatively large FFOgain in the year-ago quarter from discontinued operations and sold properties.

According to S&P Capital IQ, the consensus FFO-per-shareestimate for the first quarter was $1.22.
