Macquarie Infrastructure increases conversion ratio for senior notes

Macquarie Infrastructure Corp. increased the conversion ratio for its 2.00% convertible senior notes due 2023, to 9.0290 common shares per $1,000 of principal amount, effective Oct. 13.

The adjustment reflects the impact of the company's dividend payout over the prior 12 months, according to an Oct. 12 news release.
