Accenture plc said it acquired Philadelphia based IBB Consulting without disclosing the terms of the deal.

IBB Consulting is a strategy consulting firm offering services to broadband and mobile operators, media companies and technology providers. It provides its clients with advice on emerging industry shifts as well as capitalizing on new business and technology opportunities.

IBB's 160 professionals have joined Accenture's communications, media and technology industry practice.
