KSL Advisors-backed Experience Investment prices IPO

Private equity firm KSL Advisors LLC-backed Experience Investment Corp. priced its IPO of 25.0 million units at $10.00 apiece.

The offering comes with a 45-day option for the underwriters to acquire up to 3,750,000 additional units.

Each unit comprises one share of the company's class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at $11.50 apiece.

The units will start trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the EXPCU ticker symbol starting Sept. 13.

Experience Investment is a travel- and leisure-focused blank-check company.

Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan are the book-running managers.
