UTIB INVL Technology established a business group with a focus on IT services and software.

In setting up the Novian group, Novian UAB acquired Algoritmu sistemos, which in turn acquired Estonia's Andmevara AS from INVL, while Novian UAB-owned BAIP UAB acquired Estonia's Andmevara Services OU along with Andmevara SRL in Moldova.

The group comprises BAIP UAB, Acena UAB and Algoritmu Sistemos, which operate in Lithuania, Estonia's Andmevara AS and Andmevara Services OU, Moldova's Andmevara SRL and Norway's Zissor AS.

The group combines the areas of IT services and software, business climate improvement and e-governance and cybersecurity.
