Timberland LLC, a subsidiary of apparel retailer V.F. Corp., opened its first specialty concept store at the King of Prussia mall in Pennsylvania on Aug. 3.
The store, which the outdoor lifestyle brand calls Tree Lab, features product collections and brand stories in a gallery-style setting. It will also have themed installations, which will change every six weeks, the company said in a statement.
Timberland has launched a new men's collection called FlyRoam in line with the store launch.
According to the company, it will also open specialty stores at the Stanford Shopping Center in Stanford, Calif., on Aug. 18 and along Couch Street in Portland, Ore., on Sept. 1.
It also plans to launch several "flex retail" stores across the country, with the first opening at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn., on Sept. 1.
