Sara Finley and Beth Jacob were elected as directors of Tivity Health Inc. at the company's annual meeting May 24.

Finley is the principal of Threshold Corporate Consulting LLC, a consulting services firm that she founded in 2015; Jacob is the senior vice president, strategic adviser and leadership coach for SPS Commerce.

Tennessee-based Tivity Health provides fitness and health improvement programs.
