Simon unit to offer €500M notes

Simon Property GroupInc.'s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Simon International FinanceSCA, is poised to issue €500 million principal amount of its 1.25% unsecured notesdue 2025.

The notes, which will be fully and unconditionally guaranteedby Simon Property Group LP, will be offered to non-U.S. persons outside the UnitedStates.

Simon International Finance intends to utilize net proceeds fromthe offering to reduce its existing euro-denominated borrowings as well as for generalcorporate purposes.

The offering is slated to close May 13, subject to customaryclosing conditions.
