American Housing Income taps chairman as CEO/president

American Housing Income Trust Inc. named Chairman Sean Zarinegar as its new CEO and president, replacing James Stevens, who stepped down.

Following a mutual decision between Stevens and the company, the board accepted Stevens' resignation as CEO, president and a board member Dec. 20.

Zarinegar will serve as CEO and president until a further vote by the board and agreed to serve without further compensation at this time.
