Life Storage Inc. is aiming to sell up to $300.0 million of its common shares in at-the-market offerings from time to time.

The self-storage real estate investment trust and two of its affiliates signed separate equity distribution agreements with Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Jefferies LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., BB&T Capital Markets and BTIG LLC as sales agents.
