IAC/InterActiveCorp unit Vimeo acquired VHX, a platformfor premium over-the-top subscription video channels, for an undisclosed sum.

The deal helps Vimeo provide a complete streaming ecosystem forindividual creators, niche programmers and major media partners to offersubscription video-on-demand channels, the company said May 2.

VHX Co-Founder and CEO Jamie Wilkinson will now report toVimeo CEO Kerry Trainor.
