JimotoHoldings Inc. raised its earnings forecast for the fiscal yearended March 31, citing a higher valuation of securities and lower credit coststhan expected.
The company said May 6 that it raised its expected netincome attributable to shareholders for the year to ¥4.80 billion from itsprevious forecast of ¥3.50 billion.
Ordinary income for the year is projected at ¥5.20 billion,up from the company's prior forecast of ¥3.60 billion.
The company's revenue forecast remained the same.
