MPC Properties earmarks €250M for Serbian developments

MPC Properties is planning to spend €250 million to develop two office properties in Belgrade, Serbia, Property Investor Europe reported.

The Serbian real estate developer intends to build the 22-story, 23,200-square-meter Ušce Tower Two and the eight-story, 27,000-square-meter Navigator Business Center II buildings, with completion slated for the first quarter of 2020.

Ušce Tower Two is expected to meet the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, or BREEAM, excellent certification for sustainability, while Navigator Business Center II will be developed to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, gold standards, according to the report.
