ORIX makes organizational, executive changes

ORIX Corp. made some management and organizational changes, including the appointment of Toyonori Takahashi as president of ORIX Real Estate Corp.

Takahashi was appointed as group executive and president of ORIX Real Estate Corp. and chairman of ORIX Living Corp. Takahashi was previously general manager of concession business development department and operating officer of ORIX Real Estate.

Takahashi will replace Tetsuo Matsumoto, who is retiring from the role.

Hiroaki Nishina will retire as vice chairman of the company and chairman of ORIX Real Estate.

The new appointments are effective Jan. 1, 2017.

ORIX is also realigning the headquarters of its Tokyo sales, Kinki sales, district sales and OQL business and promotion into the Eastern Japan sales headquarters and Western Japan sales headquarters.

Further, the company said its concession business development department will be incorporated into investment and operation headquarters.
