Delta 9 Cannabis approved for listing on Toronto Stock Exchange

Delta 9 Cannabis Inc. said its securities were approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and will begin trading Sept. 3.

Upon listing, the Canadian cannabis company's securities will continue to trade under the DN symbol for common shares, DN.WT. for common share purchase warrants expiring June 28, 2020, DN.WT.A. for common share purchase warrants expiring July 17, 2022, and DN.DB for 8.5% unsecured convertible debentures.

Delta 9 Cannabis' securities will also be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange before Sept. 3.
