Hilton hotel in San Jose, Calif., sells for $118M

The 353-room Hilton San Jose hotel in California's Silicon Valley changed hands for approximately $117.6 million.

The Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc.-branded property at 300 Almaden Blvd. was unencumbered of an existing management contract at the time of sale. The 18-story hotel has 18,375 square feet of meeting and event space, among other features.

The seller was Chinese real estate developer Han's Holdings Group Ltd., according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
