Arbor Realty Trust Inc. on May 20 completed its offering of 8 million common shares at $12.58 apiece.

The offering yielded net proceeds of about $100.5 million. On May 16, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JMP Securities LLC, the underwriters of the offering, fully exercised their option to purchase up to an additional 1.2 million common shares.
