Hitachi Capital Corp. announced a number of management changes.
The company said Jan. 27 that Hironori Tozawa and Jun Kataoka will resign from their respective roles. Tozawa is a senior vice president and head of corporate sales and marketing group, while Kataoka is co-head of the same group. Tozawa is also in charge of ASEAN and CEO and managing director of Hitachi Capital Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., and Kataoka is in charge of Japan. Both are executive officers at the company. They will be appointed as associates of Hitachi Capital following their resignations.
Kiyoshi Kojima will also step down as senior vice president and executive officer.
The resignations are effective March 31.
Meanwhile, Chihiro Shirai, co-head of corporate sales and marketing group and chairman and CEO of Hitachi Capital America Corp., was promoted to senior vice president and executive officer, effective April 1.
Ryoji Satoh and Satoshi Inoue were appointed as executive officers, effective April. 1.
