Discover trust sells $430M of notes

Discover Card Execution Note Trust sold $100 million of class B(2017-2) and $330 million of class C(2017-2) DiscoverSeries notes.

The notes were sold at a discount for $421.4 million with no applicable underwriting discounts or commissions and will not bear interest prior to their expected maturity. The trust paid the net proceeds to Discover Bank.

Additionally, Discover Bank increased the principal amount of class D(2009-1) notes by $39.9 million, with the total amounting to $1.84 billion. The notes were sold at par value for cash, with no applicable underwriting discounts or commissions.
