Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. appointed Rufus Pinto as CEO for its Laos operations.

Pinto currently serves as regional country head for ANZ in Vanuatu, Kiribati and New Caledonia, the bank said Aug. 1. He will assume the new role, effective Oct. 1.

The bank said it expects to name a new regional country head in Vanuatu, Kiribati and New Caledonia in the coming weeks.
