ABN AMRO discloses CET1 requirement for 2018

ABN AMRO Group NV said Dec. 20 that ABN AMRO Bank NV is required to maintain a common equity Tier 1 ratio of 10.4% for 2018, as part of the ECB's Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process.

The fully loaded CET1 requirement is expected to be 11.78% for 2019, including a countercyclical buffer and further phase-in of the systemic buffer to 3.0% from 2.25% in 2018 and the capital conservation buffer to 2.5% from 1.875%.

ABN AMRO's fully loaded CET1 ratio stood at 17.6% as of Sept. 30.
