Goldcrest terminates option over gold license in Ghana; chairman resigns

Goldcrest ResourcesPLC said April 13 that its January 2013 option agreement to acquirea 100% interest in the Zamsa gold exploration license in Ghana is now terminated.

Additionally, the company's Chairman Gavin Burnell has resignedfrom his position, effective immediately, to focus on his other business interests.

Executive Director Callum Baxter, meanwhile, has moved to thenonexecutive director role.
