Bain Capital Ventures LP and Silversmith Capital Partners acquired Swift Prepaid Solutions Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Swift is a provider of prepaid solutions for global incentive and reward programs.

Swift's headquarters will remain in Buffalo Grove, Ill. As part of the investment, Bain Capital Ventures Managing Director Matt Harris and Silversmith Capital Partners Managing Partner Todd MacLean will join the Swift's board.
