Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. appointed Gianluca de Ficchy as senior vice president and chairman of the management committee for Nissan in Europe, effective April 1.
De Ficchy is CEO of RCI Bank and Services, the financial services arm of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi. He will replace Paul Willcox, who is leaving the company for personal reasons.
