Foresight Energy VP/controller resigns

James Murphy, vice president and chief accounting officer of Foresight Energy LP, announced his resignation, effective Sept. 30.

Foresight said in an Aug. 11 filing that Murphy, who has been controller since 2011 and a vice president since December 2014, would continue in both roles until his resignation date and his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the partnership regarding any matter related to its operations, policies or practices.
