Hilb Group LLC acquired Kearny, N.J.-based LCIA Inc., which does business as DBA Campisano Insurance Agency, effective Oct. 1.

Financial terms of the deal were not announced.

Gus Campisano will continue to lead the target company's associates from their existing location.

LCIA is a full-service property and casualty agency that specializes in the commercial transportation and trucking industry.
