Domani Wealth LLC has acquired EHD Advisory Services Inc., effective Dec. 6.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Domani Wealth will have more than $1.5 billion in assets under management/advisement.

EHD Advisory's Ken Eshleman and Steve Maher will join Domani Wealth as owners and senior wealth advisers in Lancaster, Pa.
